A Christ Centered Practice
Rapha Wellness is a Christ-Centered Wellness Practice focusing on Frequency Therapies: PEMF, Sound & Light, and Therapeutic Massage. This means that Jesus is the foundation. This approach to wellness is rooted in the truth of God’s Word and guided by the Holy Spirit.
Colossians 1:16 reminds us, “For everything was created by Him, in heaven and on earth, the visible and the invisible.” Many concepts within sound healing, quantum health, and energy coherence recognize there is something greater at work—often referred to as “the universe,” “source,” or “divine energy.” While these terms point toward a mystery, they fall short of identifying the true Creator. Through God’s grace, I know who is behind it all. I don't have to wonder who I’m calling on—I know my “source” is the one true God. He created the heavens and the earth, and He intricately designed our bodies to interact with the world He made. From how sound influences our minds and emotions, to the way our thoughts impact our physical health—none of it is accidental. It’s the intentional, awe-inspiring design of our Creator.

Why “Rapha” Wellness?
The name Rapha comes from Jehovah Rapha—The Lord Who Heals. In holistic healing circles, there’s a popular phrase: “The power that made the body, heals the body.” That idea intrigued me. But, when you know who that power is, the statement has much more impact. God is the One who designed our bodies. He knows every cell, every system, every emotion, and every need. He also has the power to heal—according to His perfect will. So I wanted to use "Rapha" to represent healing comes from God. It is also a great conversation piece!
​I kept pondering that phrase
"The power that made the body heals the body."
When you really stop and think about it, this makes
profound sense. God created our bodies with His voice,
through frequency. He spoke, and from that divine
vibration, our beautifully intricate bodies came into
being. Every organ, tissue, cell, even our thoughts
and emotions, resonate at a unique frequency.
Because we were created by sound, it’s no surprise
that sound can help with healing. The Power that
made the body, heals the body! Frequency affects
frequency. And while God is the source of all healing,
He has given us the gift of frequency therapies. We
can use our own voice (a powerful form of medicine)
and/or instruments like tuning forks and Tibetan singing
bowls, or PEMF—as tools to assist in restoring balance
to the body.

These tools aren’t the source of healing, but they work in harmony with God’s design, supporting the healing He makes possible.

Mission statement
Rapha Wellness exists to share the incredible gifts God has given us—gifts designed to bring balance, restoration, and healing to our lives. But more than that, I’m excited to point others to the Giver of those gifts.
True wellness comes when our body, mind, and spirit align with the One who created them. My mission is to honor God in all I do, help others experience the fullness of His love, and walk alongside them on their healing journey—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
